Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have once again put their sprawling Beverly Hills mansion on the market, this time with a significant reduction in the asking price.
The 38,000-square-foot estate, originally listed for $68 million in July 2024, is now back up for sale at $52 million, according to People magazine.
The relisting comes just two months after the former couple pulled the property from public listings. They purchased the mansion in May 2023 for $60.85 million.
The luxury residence boasts a sports lounge, gym, boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts, along with a 12-car garage.
It also features a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse.
With 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, the property is among the largest celebrity homes in the area.

The price revision follows the couple’s separation last year. Reports in mid-2024 revealed Affleck had moved out of the house while Lopez was travelling in Europe.
The two initially attempted to sell the mansion off-market before filing for divorce in August 2024, more than two years after their Las Vegas wedding and subsequent Georgia ceremony.
Despite their split, Lopez and Affleck were said to be jointly handling decisions about the property when they briefly withdrew it from listings earlier this year.
