Shillong: A day after reshuffling his cabinet, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Wednesday distributed portfolios to the newly inducted ministers of the Meghalaya Democratic Alliance (MDA-II) government.
United Democratic Party (UDP) chief Metbah Lyngdoh has been entrusted with Power, Water Resources and Taxation, while his party colleague Lahkmen Rymbui will oversee Education and Revenue and Disaster Management.
