Bollywood star John Abraham’s “The Diplomat”, which is inspired by real events, is all set to hit the theatres on March 7.
Directed by Shivam Nair, “The Diplomat” is inspired by a true story that shook the nation. The film promises a captivating narrative of power and patriotism.
The movie, written by Ritesh Shah, will feature Abraham in the role of a high-ranking government official.
“When diplomacy becomes the only weapon, one man takes on the impossible. This March 7th, discover a story that defied all odds, only in theatres near you,” producer Bhushan Kumar’s banner T-Series posted on Instagram along with a poster of the movie.
The film is poised to deliver an unforgettable cinematic experience. The film is produced by Kumar and Krishan Kumar through T-Series.
The actor was last seen on screen in “Vedaa”, an action drama film directed by Nikkhil Advani and written by Aseem Arora.
The film, inspired by true events, stars John Abraham and Sharvari as the title character, alongside Abhishek Banerjee, Ashish Vidyarthi, Kumud Mishra, Rajendra Chawla, Tanvi Malhara, Anurag Thakur and Urvashi Dubey.

Apart from “The Diplomat”, the actor will also be seen in “Tehran”, directed by Arun Gopalan and produced by Dinesh Vijan. He will be seen starring opposite actress Manushi Chhillar in the geo-political film.
