Imphal: Manipur’s Chanchui Khayi is set to represent her state at the upcoming 60th edition of the Femina Miss India 2024 beauty pageant.
The grand finale, where all finalists will compete for the coveted Femina Miss India World title, is slated to be held on October 16 in Mumbai. The winner will represent India at the 73rd Miss World pageant.
Chanchui, who hails from Ukhrul district, completed her post-graduate in Performing Arts with specialization in Drama and Theatre Arts.
A multi-talented artiste, she has won accolades for her singing, dancing, and acting skills, including the prestigious Sushma Swaraj Award for distinguished Women Achievers in music and dance.
Beyond her artistic achievements, Chanchui is a dedicated advocate for child and youth development programs. Fuelled by her belief that everyone should chase their dreams, she passionately inspires young people to connect their passions with their aspirations.
Chanchui boasts a collection of accolades that paved the way for her participation in Femina Miss India 2024. Her journey began with her crowning as Miss Lily in 2019.
Her talents extend beyond beauty, as she also won the K-Pop India Contest 2020 in the Solo Singing Category.
Adding to her achievements, she secured the first runner-up title at Miss Northeast India 2019.
Chanchui cemented her place as a rising star by being among the top three at the prestigious 19th Sunsilk Mega Miss North East 2023, held in Guwahati.

This diamond jubilee edition of Femina Miss India 2024 will feature 30 contestants representing all 29 states and a collective representative for the union territories.
