The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the results for the CBSE Board Class 12 examinations for the year 2025.
Students who appeared for the exams can now access their results on the official websites: results.cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in.
The examinations were conducted from February 15 to April 4 at various centers across India, with approximately 44 lakh students participating.
To check the CBSE Board Class 12 result for 2025, candidates can follow these simple steps:
- Visit the official website results.cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, or cbseresults.nic.in.
- Click on the link for CBSE Board Class xx result 2025 available on the homepage.
- Enter your details, including your roll number and date of birth.
- Your CBSE Board Class 12 result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and print a copy for future reference.
Students who are unable to access the CBSE result website due to high traffic can use DigiLocker to view and download their final marksheet. The government will also make the CBSE 2025 results available on the UMANG app.
How to check CBSE Board 12th Result 2025 on DigiLocker
To access your CBSE Class xx results via DigiLocker, go to the official website at digilocker.gov.in. Log in with your existing credentials or create a new account if you’re a first-time user. Navigate to the CBSE Results section, found under either the “Education” or “Results” tab. Enter the required details such as your roll number and school number. Once you’ve submitted the information, your result will be displayed on the screen.
Steps to check CBSE Board Result 2025 using the UMANG app
First, download and install the UMANG app on your smartphone. Sign in using your registered mobile number. From the home screen, select the CBSE Class XX results option. Enter your roll number and other necessary information, then tap submit. Your scorecard will appear on the screen for viewing.
Out of 17,04,367 registered students, 16,92,794 appeared, and 14,96,307 successfully passed. The overall pass rate for 2025 is 88.39%, reflecting a modest rise of 0.41% from last year’s 87.98%.
