AGARTALA: In response to the ongoing floods in Tripura and the severe challenges posed by heavy rainfall, Reliance Jio is taking decisive action to support affected communities.
Jio is extending the validity of prepaid plans for all customers in Tripura, Manipur, Meghalaya and Mizoram by 4 days and is enabling Intra-Circle Roaming (ICR) in Tripura.
With widespread power outages and network disruptions impacting the region, Jio is committed to ensuring that people stay connected during this critical time.
A 4-day validity extension will be automatically applied to customers whose plans have recently expired or are set to expire within the next 2 days.
This proactive measure is aimed at ensuring that Jio customers remain connected with their loved ones and have access to vital communication services during these harsh conditions.
To further aid connectivity during this crisis, Jio is enabling Intra-Circle Roaming (ICR) in Tripura.
This initiative will allow users from other networks to access Jio’s network seamlessly, ensuring that no one is left disconnected.

The ICR support is effective immediately and will continue until 2359 hours on August 27 or till further communication.
