CM Saha said that at the request of the State Government, the Home Ministry has sent an Inter-Ministerial Central Team (IMCT) to assess the flood situation in the state.
The team arrived on August 28 and visited most affected areas due to floods in South Tripura, Gomati, Sepahijala and Khowai over the past two days.
