The Prime Volleyball League (PVL) is all set to return for its fourth season from October 2.

After three seasons of intense, action-packed matches featuring both international and Indian stars, the upcoming season promises to deliver even bigger and better volleyball action for fans across India.

The auction for the fourth edition will take place on June 8, 2025, in Calicut, becoming the fourth city to host the event.

Franchise owners will have the opportunity to build their squads from a pool of talented players, setting the stage for another competitive and thrilling season of volleyball.

Player registrations for the auction will open on May 1, giving aspiring athletes until May 31 to register and compete for a chance to play at the highest level of professional volleyball in India.

Tuhin Mishra, Managing Director & Co-Founder, Baseline Ventures, said, “We are thrilled to bring back the Prime Volleyball League for its fourth season. PVL has grown tremendously over the years, and the success of the last three seasons has been remarkable. The league has not only expanded its reach but has also provided a strong platform for emerging volleyball talent in India.”

“We expect PVL Season 4 to reach new heights with top-tier talent and an ever-growing fan base. Our goal remains to elevate the sport of volleyball in India, providing players with a premier platform and fans with an unforgettable experience,” he added.

Joy Bhattacharjya, CEO, Prime Volleyball League added, “PVL has established itself as one of India’s most exciting sports leagues, and Season 4 is set to take it up another notch. The fact that we have had three different champions in three seasons speaks volumes about the quality of competition and how unpredictable and fiercely contested the league has become.”
