Police have arrested a man accused of stalking and molesting two Australian women cricketers in Indore, where they were participating in the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup.
The incident took place on Thursday morning along Khajrana Road, officials said.
According to Sub-Inspector Nidhi Raghuvanshi, the players had stepped out of their hotel and were walking toward a nearby café when a man on a motorcycle began following them.
He allegedly touched one of the players inappropriately before fleeing the spot.
The cricketers immediately alerted their team’s security officer, Danny Simmons, who contacted local liaison officials and arranged for assistance.
The matter was soon reported to the police, who launched an investigation.

Authorities said Khan has a history of criminal cases, and further investigation into the incident is underway.
