Shillong: The All Meghalaya Upper Primary and Secondary Deficit Pattern School Teachers’ Association on Thursday organised a felicitation programme at the State Convention Centre to honour the government’s initiatives and commitment to the education sector.
Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma, who attended as chief guest, expressed gratitude for the rare gesture of appreciation, calling it deeply moving.
