SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has announced that the results for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Arts Stream examinations will be declared on May 24.

In a statement released on Wednesday, MBOSE clarified that due to the prevailing circumstances, there will be no physical display of results at the MBOSE offices in Tura and Shillong.

The Board aims to ensure a smooth and convenient process for accessing the results and students are advised to log into the website, www.mbose.in.

Additionally, the results booklet can be downloaded from the MBOSE official website and accessed through alternate portals such as www.megresults.nic.in, www.meghalaya.shiksha, www.result.shiksha, and www.jagranjosh.com.

As the apex body overseeing SSLC and HSSLC examinations, MBOSE is responsible for conducting exams and releasing results.

The announcement comes amidst anticipation among students and parents, eager to know the outcome of the examinations.

Last year, the overall pass percentage for SSLC students in Meghalaya was 51.93%, which showed a slight decrease compared to the previous year’s pass percentage of 56.96%.

With the declaration of results approaching, students are encouraged to stay updated with official announcements from MBOSE and prepare to access their results online on May 24.
