TURA: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma headed to the Walbakgre polling station in Tura bright and early, arriving at 6:30 am to cast his vote in the 18th Lok Sabha elections.
He was pleasantly surprised to find a crowd already lined up, ready to participate in the democratic process.
