SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has officially declared that the results of the High Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSSLC) for Science, Commerce, and vocational streams in Tura are set to be unveiled on May 8.
In a statement issued on Monday, MBOSE clarified that there will be no physical display of results at the MBOSE offices in Tura and Shillong.
Instead, students are advised to download their results from the official website, www.mbose.in.
The notice further elaborated that the results booklet can also be downloaded from the MBOSE official website and accessed from alternate portals such as www.megresults.nic.in, www.meghalaya.shiksha, www.result.shiksha, and www.jagranjosh.com.
MBOSE, as the apex body overseeing the HSSLC (Class 12) examinations, is responsible for conducting exams and releasing results.
This year’s HSSLC exams were conducted from March 1–27, and examinations for all streams were held from 10 am to 1 p.m. on the specified dates.
Last year, the overall pass percentages were notable, with the Science stream achieving a pass percentage of 78.84%, the Commerce stream at 79.31%, and the vocational stream recording an impressive pass percentage of 93.75%.
As students await their results, anticipation is high for another successful year of academic achievements in Meghalaya’s higher secondary examinations.
