Shillong: A scintillating session on Thai Cooking Demonstration for Ladies Group was organized on Wednesday at Vivanta Meghalaya.
The event jointly organized by The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) New Delhi Office and Golden Arrow Travels Pvt Ltd Shillong with support by Vivanta Meghalaya.
Suratchada Patyathai, TAT Marketing Officer, who loves cooking, demonstrated 4 popular dishes of Thailand:
– Som Tam (Papaya Salad)
– Chicken Krapow
– Chicken Green Curry
– Sweet Banana in Coconut Milk (Dessert)
Two dozen ladies had participated at the Thai Cooking Demonstration. The event concluded with destination information, interactions, high tea and lucky draws.
Vachirachai Sirisumpan Director Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) New Delhi Office said, “There are lots of cultural similarities between Thailand and India. Thailand has it All, a destination for Family, Ladies group, golfers, honeymooners, millennials and all group.”
