Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati is set to offer a regal gastronomic journey with the launch of the Mughal Darbar Food Feast at The Great Kabab Factory.
This unique culinary festival, celebrating the grandeur of Mughlai cuisine, will run from February 28 to March 16.
The highlight of the event is the exclusive menu curated by Chef Vakil Ahmad Qureshi, a celebrated chef renowned for his expertise in Mughlai cuisine.
Chef Vakil will present a rich array of dishes, combining traditional cooking techniques with royal flavours to recreate the opulence of Mughal dining.
The specially crafted menu features a variety of delicacies, including Galouti Kebab, Murgh Chaap, Nalli Nihari, Dum Pukht Biryani, and Shahi Tukda, among other signature offerings.
From succulent kebabs to aromatic biryanis and decadent desserts, the feast promises to transport diners back to the splendour of the Mughal courts.
Speaking about the festival, Dinesh Kapri, Vice President-Operations, said, “Mughlai cuisine represents a fusion of heritage, bold flavours, and intricate culinary artistry. This food festival is our attempt to recreate the grandeur of the Mughal era, offering an immersive dining experience to our guests.”
Ankur Mehrotra, General Manager at Radisson Blu Guwahati, described the festival as a celebration of tradition and luxury.
