Social media personality Orhan Awatramani — widely recognised as Orry — has been called in for questioning by Mumbai Police in connection with an ongoing investigation into an alleged Rs 252-crore drug racket.
Officials said the summons, served by the Anti-Narcotics Cell’s Ghatkopar unit, requires him to appear before investigators at 10 am on Thursday.
This latest development comes months after Awatramani was named in a separate case in Jammu and Kashmir.
In that incident, the Katra police registered an FIR on March 15 against several people, including Orry, after they were found consuming alcohol at a hotel where such activities are banned due to its proximity to the Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage site.

A statement issued at the time by the J&K Police noted that the group had violated clear restrictions on alcohol and non-vegetarian food within the cottage premises.
Senior officers in Reasi district had directed teams under SP Katra, the local DySP, and the station house officer to act against those involved, saying such behaviour would not be tolerated at religious locations.
The Mumbai Police have not yet disclosed further details about Orry’s role, if any, in the narcotics case. The investigation is ongoing.
