Imphal: Martin Irengbam, the winner of Mega Mister North East 2024 from Manipur, is set to represent India at the prestigious Mister Top Model of Universe Contest in Istanbul, Turkey.
The grand finale, organized by Mega Entertainment, will take place on October 5. He will depart from Imphal on September 29 to represent India at the competition.
Martin, who hails from Imphal, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education at Manipur University.
His journey into the world of pageantry began with his participation in the Manfete Manhunt 2023. Since then he has participated in several pageants, including the 13th edition of Set Wet Mega Mister North East, where he clinched the coveted title.
The 18-year-old expressed his desire to use the global stage to bring attention to the ongoing issues in Manipur. He aspires to not only excel in the competition but also to serve as a voice for his homeland.

Kabita Keisham, the Manipur State Director of Mega Entertainment, has urged the public to support the young talent on his journey to the global stage.
The competition will feature contestants from 15 countries, vying for the coveted title.
