Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Tom Morello is set to bring his exceptional artistry to India for the first time in December.

This was announced by BookMyShow Live on Tuesday.

The legendary musician will headline a three-city tour with performances in Gurugram on December 17 at HUDA Gymkhana, Mumbai on December 19 at MMRDA G-Txt Grounds and Bengaluru on December 21 at Phoenix Marketcity, Whitefield.

Co-produced by Tom Morello and BookMyShow Live, this marks Morello’s long-awaited India debut.

Morello said India has always been on his list. “India has always been on my map – a country with a passionate audience that has followed my music and message for years. To finally bring these songs to life on stage in India is incredibly special. Music is about connection, revolution and soul and I cannot wait to share that energy with fans in India this December,” he said in the statement.

Tickets for the Tom Morello India Tour will go live at 5:00 PM IST on October 8, 2025, exclusively on BookMyShow.

Morello’s three-city India Tour marks the first in a series of rock live shows under the banner of Bandland On Tour, an extension of Bandland, the rock and alternative music Intellectual Property (IP) of BookMyShow Live.

Naman Pugalia, Chief Business Officer – Live Events, BookMyShow, said, “Live music in India is at an inflection point. Audiences are no longer passive consumers but active participants shaping its future. Rock, with its history of rebellion and reinvention, has seen a powerful revival in recent years. Tom Morello’s arrival builds on this momentum. His tour is a cultural statement, one that validates the depth of India’s audiences while marking another milestone in the evolution of live music in the country.”

Tom Morello has shaped the sound of modern rock through his work with the Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave bands, which collectively sold over 30 million albums worldwide. Ranked 18th on Rolling Stone’s Greatest Guitar Players of All Time, Morello’s guitar work, soundscapes and charged performances have inspired fans and musicians across generations.
