SHILLONG: Come April, food enthusiasts nationwide are in for a treat as they would be able to embark on a culinary journey through the lush landscapes of Meghalaya, courtesy of the upcoming show – Hills on a Plate – Meghalaya – on Jio Cinema OTT.
Rockski EMG, in partnership with The Meghalayan Age Limited, is gearing up to unveil this delectable series, combining a Chef Competition with a captivating travel saga.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Abode of Clouds, Hills on a Plate – Meghalaya promises to unveil the untouched beauty and culinary treasures of the state.
Viewers will be treated to an immersive experience delving into the cultural richness of Meghalaya.
The series boasts a stellar jury panel featuring Sarah Todd of MasterChef Australia, Ardahun Passah, and William Diengdoh.
Hosting duties will be helmed by Gordon Thabah and Abigail Pamei, guiding viewers through the culinary adventures.
Contestants such as Artet Kharsati, Ivan Suting, Daei Suchiang, Nambie Marak, Tanisha Phanbuh, Uttam Thangkhiew, and Adonijah Lyngdoh will showcase their culinary prowess.
Ahead of its official launch on Jio Cinema, a special preview of Hills on a Plate – Meghalaya is scheduled at the Lariti Auditorium on March 20, 6 pm.
The event will witness the presence of the cast and crew alongside prominent personalities from Shillong.
