American rapper and singer-songwriter Travis Scott, whose debut concert in Delhi sold out within hours, has added a third show to meet the overwhelming demand.
The India leg of his Circus Maximus World Tour will now include a performance in Mumbai at the Mahalaxmi Race Course on November 19, marking his first-ever live performance in the city.
The Grammy-nominated 34-year-old, who is known for reshaping the hip-hop landscape with tracks including SICKO MODE, FE!N, goosebumps, and BUTTERFLY EFFECT, will be performing at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on October 18 and 19.
The Mumbai date follows the Delhi announcement earlier this year, reflecting unprecedented demand from Indian fans. Tickets go live on July 19 at 12 pm IST. A virtual queue system with a waiting room opening at 11 am will be implemented to ensure fairness.
The tour is being produced by BookMyShow Live in collaboration with global giant Live Nation.
Travis’ Circus Maximus World Tour will span six countries, starting in Johannesburg (South Africa) on October 11, and will make stops in Seoul (South Korea), Sanya (China), Tokyo (Japan), Abu Dhabi (UAE), and Delhi and Mumbai.
His latest album ‘UTOPIA’, hailed as the “album of the decade,” continues to break records, with over 50 billion global streams.
India’s inclusion, now with two back-to-back shows, underscores the country’s rising stature on the global touring map.
