Guwahati: With summer vacations in full swing, Radisson Blu Guwahati has rolled out a month-long lineup of themed dining events at its signature all-day restaurant, Café B-You, aimed at creating memorable family experiences.
From cartoon-themed Sunday brunches designed for kids to aromatic Arabic dinners and a special celebration for Parents’ Day, the hotel promises a vibrant culinary journey throughout July.
Speaking on the seasonal offering, Ankur Mehrotra, General Manager of Radisson Blu Guwahati, said, “Our themed brunches and dinners this July are curated with the idea of togetherness and joy. The celebrations begin with Cartoon Brunch Bash, a playful brunch series for children held on the first three Sundays of July starting at 12:30 pm.
Tailored for young guests enjoying their summer holidays, the brunch features cartoon-themed décor, a kids’ zone with interactive games and seating, and a child-friendly menu including sliders, pasta, fries, mocktails, and a vibrant dessert spread.
Parents can unwind over a lavish brunch while kids engage in fun-filled activities and surprises.
For diners seeking global flavours, Arabic Friday Dinner Feasts will be hosted every Friday evening from 7 pm throughout the month.

The themed dinner will serve a curated spread inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine—complete with fragrant rice, grilled meats, mezze platters, hearty stews, and traditional desserts—all set against the backdrop of ambient lighting and Arabic-inspired décor.
Closing out the month, the hotel will mark Parents’ Day with a special brunch on Sunday, July 27.
The event invites families to honour and celebrate their parents through a heartfelt dining experience, featuring a global buffet, live culinary counters, and a cozy, elegant setting perfect for shared moments.
