New Delhi: In a major step towards creating overseas employment pathways for Indian youth, Medhavi Group and Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in New Delhi to jointly offer skill-based programs aligned with the workforce needs of both India and Japan.

The MoU was signed by Kuldip Sarma, Co-Founder & Pro-Chancellor of Medhavi Skills University (MSU) and Ashutosh Singh, Founder of Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF).

Under this collaboration, the two institutions will co-develop NSQF-aligned vocational programs with a strong focus on international job readiness.

The curriculum will be tailored to meet Japan’s local employment needs and standards, especially in sectors like healthcare, agriculture, and hospitality — opening up direct placement opportunities for Medhavi students in Japan.

The partnership also includes faculty and student exchange programs, cross-border internships, and on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives, enabling real-time exposure to industry environments.

Japanese students will likewise gain hands-on training in India.

An Indo-Japanese Centre of Excellence will be established to support industry-led training and research.

In addition, multilingual language labs and hybrid e-learning modules will help bridge communication gaps and scale global access to these programs.

Speaking at the ceremony, Kuldip Sarma said, “This partnership is a step toward empowering India’s youth with global employability. Through industry-relevant training and international placements, we aim to build a skilled workforce that meets global demand.”

Ashutosh Singh added, “Our collaboration with Medhavi is designed to directly link education with employment in Japan. Together, we are laying the foundation for a new generation of globally competitive professionals.”

The MoU signing was attended by senior officials, faculty members, and dignitaries from both organizations.

Medhavi Group is a pioneering organization dedicated to skill development, industry-integrated education, and nation-building.
