Guwahati: A new wellness centre, Nirvana Wellness, has been launched in Guwahati, offering a range of services, including yoga, meditation, psychological counseling, Reiki therapy, and access bar healing.
The centre was inaugurated by renowned nutrition and fitness coach Ruchi Bharadwaj Borah on October 2. Babita Singh, wealth manager and Managing Trustee of Zazba Trust, and Geetimala Baishya, retired General Manager of AIDC Ltd, graced the occasion as guests of honour.
Located at August Kranti Path in Beltola Bazar, Nirvana Wellness is staffed by experienced professionals dedicated to providing holistic healing.
The centre’s director, Anamika Baruah, emphasized the importance of mental health in today’s world.
She said the centre aims to provide an integrated approach to physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
“The centre has been initiated with a focus on mental health and to provide solace considering the current stress and depression level of people, leading to many complications in life,” Baruah said.
She envisions Nirvana Wellness as a space where people can find peace, healing, and guidance on their wellness journey in one place.
