GUWAHATI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming two-day visit to Assam promises to be more than just diplomatic engagements and official ceremonies.
Scheduled for March 8, the Prime Minister’s itinerary includes a stay at the renowned Kaziranga National Park, where he will partake in a jungle safari.
Arriving at Kaziranga on the evening of March 8, Modi will spend the night within the sanctuary’s lush embrace.
The following morning, amidst the waking whispers of the wilderness, he will embark on a safari, venturing into the heart of Kaziranga’s pristine habitat.

Post the programme, The Prime Minister is expected to travel to Arunachal Pradesh to inaugurate the strategic Sela Tunnel in West Kameng district.
