GUWAHATI: In a dazzling showcase of talent and style, the auditions for the 13th edition of Mega Mister North East took centre stage at the ITA Cultural Complex on February 4.

The auditions organised across the Northeast will ultimately see 50 candidates, chosen from the eight northeastern states, competing for the prestigious title of Mega Mister North East 2024.

The organisers, in their quest for the next ambassadors of style and substance, are set to visit Agartala’s Hotel Sonar Tori on February 7, Hotel Vivanta in Shillong on February 10, and Nar Bahadur Bhandari College in Gangtok on February 18.

Conceptualised by fashionpreneur Abhijeet Singha, Mega Mister North East is produced by Mega Entertainment and marketed by Mega Activation.

Breaking away from traditional pageant norms, this edition introduces a groundbreaking change—there will be no runners-up.

Instead, the top three contestants will collectively be crowned as Mega Mister North East 2024, embracing a spirit of equality and shared honour.

The competition promises fierce yet friendly rivalry, as emerging victorious against 47 fellow contestants will not only bring prestige but also an array of enticing perks.

Each of the three winners will receive a substantial prize package of Rs. 50,000 and the coveted opportunity to become brand ambassadors for Set Wet, a leading brand of cosmetics products for men.

But the rewards don’t stop there. The triumphant trio will enjoy travel opportunities, professional representation by Mega Entertainment, brand engagements, exclusive photo shoots, appearances at youth and fashion events, and public relations and reputation management by Life’s Purple throughout their reigning term.

To ensure that no talent goes unnoticed, Mega Entertainment is also welcoming online applications for participants who are unable to attend the physical auditions.

Interested individuals can register by contacting +91 84040 93938.
