Guwahati: Patriotic fervour filled the air at the 77th Biennial Session of the Asom Sahitya Sabha at Pathsala in Assam’s Bajali district as the Indian Army’s Gajraj Corps showcased its cutting-edge strength.
Attendees were treated to a compelling display of advanced weaponry, military equipment, and high-tech drones, providing a unique opportunity to witness the might and modernization of India’s armed forces.
A large crowd of students and teachers was captivated by the Army’s technological displays and unwavering dedication to national security.
In addition to the displays, the Indian Army’s Career Counselling Initiative proved a source of inspiration for young people, offering expert guidance on eligibility, selection, and career strategies for those wishing to serve the nation.

The 77th biennial session of the Asom Sahitya Sabha (ASS), Assam’s largest literary organization, is being held from January 31 to February 4 at Bhattadev Kshetra in Pathsala.
Litterateurs from America, Germany, the UK, Nepal, Arunachal Pradesh, and several other countries will also participate in the conference.
This year’s session also featured a science fair in Bajali hat, aiming to bridge the gap between science and literature.
