Guwahati: Cake lovers, baking experts, and industry professionals are in for an exciting experience as Cakeology 2025, India’s largest and most anticipated Cake & Bake Expo, arrives in Guwahati.
Taking place from January 31 to February 2 at the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre, the event promises to be a landmark moment for the baking and hospitality industries in Northeast India.
Originally launched in Mumbai eight years ago, Cakeology has since become India’s leading baking expo, with numerous successful editions across the country.
Now, for the first time, the event will make its way to Guwahati, offering an exclusive platform for cake artists, home bakers, industry professionals, and food entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and showcase their expertise.
The event is designed to cater to a wide range of participants, including professional bakers, industry buyers, cake artists, home bakers, pastry chefs, restaurant owners, caterers, F&B managers, sweet shop owners, and hotel management institutions.

“Attendees will enjoy a range of exciting experiences, including exhibits showcasing top brands of baking ingredients, tools, and equipment. In addition, expert bakers and chefs will host hands-on workshops and live demonstrations,” said Khushi Malani, Founder of Cakeology.
