Dibrugarh: A vibrant cultural extravaganza celebrating India’s rich heritage was presented by NCC cadets from the North East Region (NER), Delhi, and West Bengal & Sikkim Directorates at the “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” Camp organised by the Dibrugarh Group of the NER Directorate.
The event was graced by chief guest GOC Spear Corps, and the Zonal President of Spear AWWA, along with GOC Dao Division and Chairperson Dao AWWA as guests of honour.
The cadets delivered mesmerising performances, including traditional dances and music, that beautifully captured the essence of India’s cultural diversity.
