Guwahati: The Assam Legislative Assembly on Tuesday launched e-Ayan, an app for making real-time information and updates available to the people.
The e-Ayan app was launched by speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly, Biswajit Daimary in presence of deputy speaker Numol Momin, parliamentary affairs minister Pijush Hazarika and chief of Bodoland Territorial Council Pramod Boro.
“We are happy that we could launch the new app within the deadline, and it will be of great use to the people of Assam,” Daimary said.
The new app is a progressive step towards making the Assam Legislative Assembly fully digitalized, Pijush Hazarika said, adding that the new app will help in sharing of real-time information and updates to the people of Assam.
