GUWAHATI: The Assam government on Saturday signed a memorandum with the Tata Group for the establishment of a 5-star property in Kaziranga.
Taking to his X handle, the chief minister said, “A big day for Assam Tourism. We are signing a MoU with the Tata Group to bring world tourist facilities for visitors coming to Kaziranga National Park.”
CM Sarma said that in recent times, Assam has seen a record increase in tourist footfall, especially in Kaziranga post Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s overnight stay at the World Heritage Site.
