Guwahati: The Faculty of Nursing at Assam down town University is set to host the 5th National Conference on June 27, focusing on the theme “Workforce Development: Building Resilience and Retaining Talent in Today’s Health Care.”
The conference will feature distinguished speakers from across the country.
Sai Bala Madathil, Nursing Director at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, will address the sub-theme “Strategic Workforce Planning and Skill Development.”
Dr. Bornali Das, Senior Lecturer in Psychiatric Social Work at GMCH, Guwahati, will speak on “Talent Resilience and Well-being Among Healthcare Professionals.”
Aniruddha Banerjee, Associate Vice President of HR & IR at Peerless Hospital & B.K. Roy Research Center, Kolkata, will discuss “Talent Retention Through Engagement, Recognition, and Career Pathways.”
The event will bring together nursing faculties, administrators, and officers from various institutions to engage in discussions and share insights on building a resilient and skilled healthcare workforce.
In addition to keynote addresses, the conference will include poster and paper presentations, fostering academic and professional dialogue among participants.
