The second session focused on technical discussions and was attended by over 250 teachers, librarians, and students from across Northeast India. The session featured lectures by Dr. Prasanta Kumar Deka and Sobhan Nath, along with an interactive and intellectually stimulating quiz conducted by Dr. B. Sutradhar.

Prominent attendees included Prof. Bandana Dutta, architect Biswa Dutta, Registrar Dr. Ashim Barman, and Dr. Ruhit Jyoti konwar, professor of practice Utpal Datta among others, who contributed to the event’s academic vibrancy.

Dr. Rubi Goswami, the lead convenor of the workshop, announced that similar workshops are being planned on a national scale in the near future.
