Guwahati: Aaranyak, the region’s premier biodiversity conservation organization, organized a leadership development workshop on Thursday, supported by the GROW Fund of Edelgive Foundation.
The workshop, titled “Igniting Leadership Skills- A Strategic Approach to Enhancing Organizational Goals,” focused on developing the leadership potential of the organization’s officials.
Renowned leadership development expert Anjan Chaudhury served as the workshop’s resource person, imparting valuable insights and skills to Aaranyak officials.
Officials and researchers from various divisions of Aaranyak, dedicated to conserving the region’s biodiversity and promoting human well-being, participated in the workshop.
The workshop delved into various aspects of leadership, including leadership mechanics, leadership nomenclature, personality traits, DISC analysis, individual leadership paradigms, and other related issues.

The workshop was coordinated by Aaranyak’s senior official Manas Kumar Bhattacharjya with support from senior officials Bobby Nath, Mridusmrita Devi, and other officials from the administrative division.
