Guwahati: The grand muhurat ceremony of the highly-anticipated Assamese film Moksh, starring Ravi Sarma, was held at Jyotichitraban Kahilipara in Guwahati on Monday.
Renowned Bollywood actor Sharat Saxena, who is also a part of the action-thriller, graced the occasion.
Written by Ravi Sarma, Moksh is the second film penned by the actor after Shri Raghupati. Directed by Mirza Arif Hazarika, the film will be shot in various locations across Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, North Bengal, and Assam, including Guwahati.
“I thank the people of our state who have given unconditional support during Shri Raghupati. I am sure people will come in large numbers and show their love now as well,” actor Ravi Sarma said.

Speaking during the event, Director Mirza Arif Hazarika said, “I am thankful to S.H Productions for showing the faith and trust. With everyone’s love and support, I am sure we will be able to gift you a very special movie next year.”
