Khandu said, “Come join us for three days of fun, adventure, and unforgettable memories!”

This vibrant festival promises electrifying performances by renowned artistes. The festival offers a chance to dive into the rich traditions as well as savour the best of Dambuk’s famous oranges and delightful local flavours.

Additionally, adventure enthusiasts can enjoy off-roading, river rafting, paragliding, zip-lining and other thrilling outdoor activities.

The festival aims to promote tourism and showcase the rich cultural heritage of the northeastern state.

Oranges were introduced to Dambuk in the 1970s by a local farmer, Pankeng Pertin. The sub-Himalayan climate proved to be ideal for the cultivation of oranges, and the saplings soon began to bear fruit. Since then, the Dambuk valley has transformed into a region dedicated to the cultivation of oranges, with vast hectares devoted to orange orchards.
