ITANAGAR: With soul-stirring melodies, beats, and rhythms, the Ziro Music Festival is back to enchant the serene and picturesque Ziro Valley of Arunachal Pradesh with the symphony of sounds.

This iconic event showcases the best of Indian and international indie music, creating an unforgettable experience where nature and artistry intertwine.

Founded in 2012, the Ziro Music Festival is known for its celebration of music, sustainability, community, and cultural diversity.

Often referred to as India’s greatest outdoor festival, it serves as a platform for indigenous tribes and artistes from the Northeast, while also showcasing talents from across the globe.

The music fiesta, which is all set to enthrall audiences from September 26 to 29, will feature foot-tapping indie beats, cultural fervour, open-air concerts, and traditional culinary spreads.

While the four-day festival pass is available at Rs 8,500, single-day passes will cost you Rs 2,600 for Day 1 (September 26), and Rs 3,500 per day for the remaining three days.

The ticket prices only cover entry to the festival, not food or accommodation.

The 2024 Ziro Music Festival is set to be a global extravaganza, featuring an incredible lineup of artists from around the world.

The sounds of Dobom Doji Collective (Arunachal Pradesh), Fakira (Kolkata), Gowwli (Kerala), Hanita Bhambri (Mumbai), and Pink Moss (Goa) are set to captivate the music enthusiasts.

Besides, international sensations like Amateur Takes Control (Singapore), Saskia Laroo (Netherlands), and The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band (Thailand) will also grace the stage.

Ziro Valley is located about 103 kilometers from Itanagar City, which takes approximately 2 hours and 48 minutes to reach by road. It’s about 124 kilometers from Donyi Polo Airport.

The easiest way to reach the Ziro Music Festival is by taking a shared taxi or jeep from Itanagar. Alternatively, one can opt for a cab ride directly from the airport.

From folk to rock, and electronic to traditional music, the diverse range of performances will make this festival an unforgettable experience for every attendee.
