During his visit to NIMAS, the country’s only institute offering training in all three domains of adventure—land, air, and water—the chief minister reviewed campus facilities and ongoing development works with the institute’s Director, Col. Ranveer Singh Jamwal, a renowned mountaineer.

Khandu said the expansion is aimed at encouraging more youth from the state to pursue adventure sports, allowing a greater number of young people to benefit from professional training and structured skill development in the field.

“This expansion will inspire more young Arunachalis to embrace the spirit of adventure, discipline, and leadership,” he stated.
