Guwahati: The Assam State School Education Board declared the Class 10 High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exam results on Friday (April 11), with an overall pass percentage of 63.98% (67.59% for boys and 61.09% for girls).

The Board had announced the toppers’ names. Amishi Saikia from Pragya Academy Senior Secondary School, Jorhat, topped the exam, securing 591 marks.
Saptarswa Bordoloi from Assam Jatiya Bidyalay, Noonmati, stood second by scoring 590 marks.
Anirban Borgohain from Pragya Academy Senior Secondary School, Jorhat, obtained 589 marks and stood third.
A total of 4,22,737 candidates appeared for the exam, including 1,87,752 males and 2,34,985 females. 2,70,471 candidates passed the exam successfully.

This year, SEBA HSLC exams were conducted from February 15 to March 3, and the practical exams were held on January 21 and 22.
Around 4.5 lakh candidates appeared in the SEBA Assam HSLC exam 2025.
Last year, the Assam SEBA HSLC Results were announced on April 20, 2024.
The overall pass percentage last year was 75.7 per cent. The pass percentage last year increased to 75.7 per cent from 72.69 per cent in 2023.

A total of 4,19,078 students appeared for the SEBA Assam board class 10 exam last year. A total of 3,17,317 students passed the exam, with 1,05,873 securing first division.
