GUWAHATI: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast of heavy rainfall in isolated areas of Arunachal Pradesh.
Thunderstorms and gusty winds are expected across Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, and Mizoram today.
Meanwhile, Northwest India is predicted to experience a gradual increase in maximum temperatures by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius over the next 3 to 4 days.
The expected maximum temperature is around 32 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of approximately 17 degrees Celsius.
The IMD also forecasts hot and humid weather conditions in isolated locations across Coastal Gujarat, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, North Interior Karnataka, and Gangetic West Bengal.
