DŌAAB India Craft Whisky 01 Six Blind Men and the Elephant, an exceptional creation from Globus Spirits Limited, has secured a prestigious win at the World Whiskies Awards 2025 in London.
The single malt whisky has won a bronze medal at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards in London.
This accolade in the highly-competitive Single Malt category underscores DŌAAB’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of whisky craftsmanship, blending heritage with innovation to redefine the whisky experience.
Created by Globus Spirits, DŌAAB India Craft Whisky 01 Six Blind Men and the Elephant is aged in 100% ex-bourbon barrels.
It was launched in September last year and is a contemporary range of limited-edition Indian whiskies.
The 01 Six Blind Men and the Elephant single malt is Dōaab’s first limited-edition range and is an interpretation of the old Indian fable, The Six Blind Men and the Elephant.
After a long search for the right casks, just 500 casks were finally selected and expertly worked with to create this single malt.
“We are honoured to be awarded at the renowned World Whiskies Awards in the Single Malt Whisky category. This achievement is a testament to our team’s relentless pursuit of excellence and passion for creating whisky that is both innovative and deeply rooted in tradition,” said Shekhar Swarup, Joint Managing Director, Globus Spirits.
