Guwahati: Topcem Cement, one of the leading cement manufacturers in North East India, recently launched Topcem SDC FTR++ in Guwahati.

The new product, launched by Dr. Anil Kapur, Senior President, Sales & Marketing, Meghalaya Cements Ltd, is a groundbreaking new cement that incorporates cutting-edge Smart Mix Technology.

This innovative product is designed to enhance energy efficiency, promote sustainability, and deliver superior performance while being cost-effective for both construction professionals and homeowners.

The event was also graced by Joydeep Nath, Senior General Manager, Technical & Non-Trade, Meghalaya Cements Ltd. along with other officials of the company, who were also present at the unveiling of the product.

Topcem SDC FTR++ marks a major milestone in the development of high-performance cement products, blending advanced technology with environmentally conscious practices.

The Smart Mix Technology used in its formulation ensures that the product provides greater strength and durability while minimizing its environmental impact.

Through this technology, Topcem SDC FTR++ not only reduces carbon emissions but also enhances energy efficiency in construction projects, aligning with global efforts to build more sustainable communities.

Dr. Anil Kapur, Senior President (Sales & Marketing) of Meghalaya Cements Ltd, said, “Topcem SDC FTR++ is more than just cement—it is the foundation of the future. With unmatched strength, durability, and eco-friendly composition, it addresses the evolving challenges of modern construction.”

Kapur said, “What sets this cement apart is its versatility. From foundation to roof, it delivers exceptional performance in columns, slabs, and structural elements, making it the complete cement for any project.”

Apart from satisfying the strength parameters, Topcem SDC FTR++ is ideal for a variety of construction applications, including residential, commercial, and infrastructural projects.

It ensures the construction with fewer cracks, less permeability, no seepage problem, resistance to harmful ingredients and gases, and resistance to chloride and sulphate attack, thus enhancing the overall quality and performance of concrete structures, making it a trusted choice for the mass.

The product will be packed in the convenient, high-quality Adstar Bag of 50 kg each, which ensures that the cement remains protected from moisture and is easy to transport and handle on-site.
