KOKRAJHAR: The Kokrajhar District Administration has announced its participation in Good Governance Week (GGW), scheduled from December 19 to 24, 2024.
This initiative aligns with a state-wide drive to enhance service delivery and effectively address public grievances.
Throughout the week, all Revenue Circle Offices, Block Development Offices within the district, and the Public Facilitation Centre (PFC) at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office will serve as Grievance Redressal Points.
Citizens are encouraged to utilise these facilities to resolve service-related issues.
For added convenience, an online grievance submission platform has also been introduced.
The district administration has implemented proactive measures to ensure timely resolution of grievances registered through the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS).
As part of the observance, a District-Level Workshop on Good Governance will be organised to emphasise transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public service delivery.
Good Governance Week aims to create a more citizen-centric administration by addressing grievances promptly and fostering improvements in service quality across Kokrajhar District.
